Who can order our products?

We can only ship to approved members who are over the age of majority in the province or territory they reside in.

What is your minimum order?

Our minimum order is $50. All orders exceeding $200 will also qualify for free shipping!

When does my order ship and what is the cutoff time?

Mail orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving the e-transfer payment (except on weekends) and the packages are sent through Canada Post.

We ship Xpresspost unless Expedited Parcel has the same delivery date. Some exceptions apply. Some addresses in Newfoundland and Western Canada will, unfortunately, have to be shipped Expedited Parcel due to extremely high shipping costs.

The *new* daily cutoff for mail orders is 9am. If your order and payment is submitted prior to 9am (Atlantic Standard Time), unless we are experiencing technical difficulties, your order will be mailed out that day via Canada Post. If you order past the 9am cutoff, your order will be mailed out the following business day. You will receive tracking info via Canada Post email notifications.

*please note: We cannot guarantee your order will be mailed out same-day if ordering prior to 9am AST but this is our standard procedure barring any unforeseen issues.

It typically takes 2 business days to arrive at any address in Canada. However, we pride ourselves on processing and delivering our orders in the quickest timeframe possible. Where we are based in Atlantic Canada, if you are in this region, we will normally be able to deliver your order in 1 business day!

Delays caused by weather events, labour disruptions, and other internal factors at Canada Post are unfortunately out of our control.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we can accept e-Transfer payments from Canadian bank accounts. No credit cards or PayPal will be accepted at this time.

How does local pickup work?

Our pickup service has been suspended for the time being.  We are only offering delivery via Canada Post.

How much is shipping?

We charge a flat rate of $10 for shipping on orders under $200. All orders over $200 qualify for free shipping.

What are Atlantic Green Rush Rewards Points?

Atlantic Green Rush Rewards Points are loyalty points accumulated with each purchase/dollar spent. For every $20 you spend, you will accumulate 5 rewards points. You can then redeem 100 rewards points for $10 off your purchase. You can see a summary of your points earned and spent in your account dashboard. You apply points on purchases in your shopping cart prior to placing your order.

How does local pick-up work?

Local pick-up is available free of charge in Halifax by selecting ‘Local pick-up in Halifax’ at checkout.

Orders placed before 12 pm (noon) Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) will be ready for pick-up that day after 4 pm. We cannot accommodate earlier pick-ups.

The pick-up location is open until 8 pm. We will provide the pick-up instructions after payment is received and the order is processed.

Payments for pick-ups must be made via email transfer at the time of order.  Pick-up location cannot accept payments.

Use of Coupon Codes

We only allow use of one coupon code per order. In the event there is a technical glitch that allows a customer to stack multiple promo codes, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Under no circumstances can coupon codes be stacked in an attempt to game the system to get free or heavily discounted product. Evidence of this will result in a warning leading to account deletion/banning.
